Eligibility

What's Covered

  • Purchases made within the last 60 days are eligible for a full refund — no return required.
  • Both opened and unopened products are eligible. You shouldn't have to go without trying it to qualify.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We do not issue store credit in lieu of a refund unless requested.
  • One refund per customer per product line. This policy is designed for customers genuinely trying our formulas — not for repeat abuse.

How to Request a Refund

Send a message to hello@veyahaus.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We don't require proof or documentation — we just appreciate hearing from you.

We confirm within 1 business day

Our team will confirm your refund eligibility and initiate the process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved.

Refund appears in 5–7 business days

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Something Went Wrong?

If your order arrived damaged, was missing an item, or you received the wrong product — please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo if the product was damaged in transit and we'll make it right immediately, either with a replacement or a full refund.

We take quality seriously at every step. If something didn't meet your expectations on arrival, that's on us — and we'll resolve it without question.
